Sales are considered finalized when shipped out, not when order is placed/paid.
Please do not come to the store for a pickup order before you get an email indicating that it is ready. We may not be able to pull the order on the spot as the products ordered may not even be at the store. A government issued photo ID that matches the name on the order will be required for pickup for orders over $80
We may cancel order for any reason including but not limited to buyouts or resale. In most cases, we will adjust order quantities and refund without notice.
Examples the following policies applies to includes but not limited to: Spring/Summer sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales, Boxing Day Sales.
Orders made up to a week before or after the sale may take longer to ship than normal. Your patience is appreciated.
Sales prices will not be applied to any past purchases or pending orders.
